This dynamic program provides adults with a comprehensive workout that blends traditional martial arts disciplines with kickboxing for a powerful and effective fitness experience.
Location: Dojo (5897 Rosemary Ln.) Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM) Cost: $10 per class / $75 per month
Tuesday & Wednesday:
-Develop core martial arts skills, fostering self-defense awareness and technique.
-Learn effective striking and kicking techniques through kickboxing drills.
Thursday:
Immerse yourself in the world of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), combining striking, takedowns, and grappling for a well-rounded skillset.

This introductory program is designed to nurture a love for martial arts in young minds and bodies. Through engaging drills and games, students develop fundamental skills while building confidence and social interaction.

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays (4:30 PM - 5:30 PM) Cost: $40 one-time sign-up fee (includes uniform & belt) + $40 per month (1 day/wk included) $65 per month ((2 days/wk included) parents train free)

Developmental Focus:

Graduation Path:
Students demonstrating dedication and potential have the opportunity to transition to the Adult Program at the dojo upon instructor recommendation.
This advanced class, open to graduates of the All-Ages Program, delves into the world of grappling, focusing on ground fighting techniques and control.
Location: Dojo (5897 Rosemary Ln.) Schedule: Thursdays (5:30 PM - 6:30 PM) (Under 13 Must have graduated elementary program or by instructors recommendation)
Prerequisite:
-Graduation from the All-Ages Program or instructor approval.
Focus:
-Learn takedowns and ground control maneuvers.
-Develop submission techniques for self-defense or competitive grappling.
-Enhance grappling-specific fitness and endurance.
